Here is a template that we came up with for USS Strongman Nationals 2019
You can stick to it as written, or adjust how you seem fit accordingly. We use a mixture of RPE and % based programming. This have a heavy emphasis on pressing and deadlifting as those are major attritbutes to strongman and 2019 Nats.
