Every year Coach Joe runs the annual Highschool and College Strength and Performance Camp. This camp is designed to take athletes to another level over the summer. It's a combination of highschool athletes who want that edge for sport all the way to Division 1 athletes who motivate and push all the athletes to their best.
Coach Joe has trained athletes his entire career, however it has become a burning passion of his within the last 4 years since he started coaching lacrosse at Souderton Highschool. Over the last 4 years he's become the strength and conditioning coach for multiple high school sports in the area. He truly wants you or your child to succeed on the field and off the field. If you want to improve and are tired of not seeing the results you would like to, this is the camp to be at!

- Expert Coaching: Train under the guidance of certified strength and conditioning specialists with 13 years of experience that will tailor programs to enhance speed, agility, power, and endurance.
- Small Group Setting: You are not just a number, these sessions are small (max 8 athletes) to get the 1:1 attention needed while also building camaraderie with other like minded athletes. Athletes who come from different teams, become one team over the summer.

Sessions Per Week: 3 main sessions + 1 optional weekend workout!
Time: Monday / Wednesday / Friday 9:30am - 10:30am Saturday 10:30 - 11:30am
Duration: 60-75 minutes (depending on session focus)
