Coach Joe is the 2019 USS Strongman National HW Champion along with representing team USA in strongman 105 Worlds. 

He has also competed successfully in Olympic Lifting with a 352kg total 

Coach Joe has become known in strength sports as a "press specialist" with someone who has mastered not only pressing strength but also technique! We will cover an in depth guide on how to press, common mistakes, and also programming tips for the press. 

You can expect a very hands on experience and a deep dive into all things PRESSING! 

So if you are someone who needs help, or wants to improve your pressing strength/technique this is a MUST. We only do this clinic 1x a year and limit the amount of attendees so we over deliver!
