WHAT TYPE OF PROGRAM IS THIS
This is a 12-week strength + strongman program that can be customized to your personal goals or upcoming competitions. We have structured training blocks to have you peaked and ready to PR/compete at the end of the cycle. We have also included a “Singles” block for those of you wanting to work on your technique for max efforts (powerlifting/competition events).
Make sure to pick the variations that go best with what you need to focus on and improve.
We will also be using RPE based programming which we believe is the best way to achieve the proper training stimulus to get the desired strength adaptation.
WHO THIS PROGRAM IS FOR
This program is serious enough for competitors looking to peak as they head into their next comp but flexible enough for those that want to crush their next PR over a 12 week block.
